Clicking on settings in the main navigation brings you to the settings section.
Here you configure specific settings that customize the way the CMS interacts with, Oracle Digital Assistant [ODA], the underlying bot platform:
Set Custom Variables: allows you to add custom variables to ODA’s YAML file. These variables can then be used in any bot flows by adding a custom YAML block in the flow builder.
Set Main Controller component name: allows to use a custom main controller file. This component is used to add specific functionality across the whole bot , like flow redirection, error logging, calls to analytics endpoint, etc…
Set NLP component name: allows to use a custom Natural Language Processing [NLP] controller ( another custom component that handle NLP api calls and redirect flow accordingly)
Set custom code start state: allows to inject a custom YAML code state as the first state in the flow in ODA’s YAML file, regardless of the flows made in the CMS.
Set custom code end state: allows to inject a custom YAML code state as the end state in the flow in ODA’s YAML file, regardless of the flows made in the CMS. So regardless of the flows in the CMS it will always land in this YAML code at the end.
