A block is “the container” of what the chatbot delivers to the user. Each block can contain multiple components, making up multiple messages or types of information sent together to the user (see illustration below). 



Each block is part of a specific flow, which sometimes can be in a thematic folder, too. One or more blocks together form a flow.


Note: in some parts of the CMS, blocks are referred to as “Message”. This is because of a legacy definition and will be updated soon.
