It's easy to get started building a bot with a few simple flows but over time the number of flows in your bot will inevitably increase.

At this point, you will want to organize flows by category, language, feature, integration or any way you think may help.

In the CMS you can do that by creating folders and moving flows into them.

To create a new folder, click on the green + New Folder text, specify how you want the new folder to be named and click CREATE.

Your folder will become visible in the folders list.


You can add a flow to a folder by clicking on the 3 dots menu and then add to folder. To move flows from a folder to another you go through the same process.
