You can use conversations filters to find exactly the conversations that you are you looking for. The CMS offers the following filters out of the box:
Filter By user name
If you are looking for the conversation that a specific users has had with the bot, write his name in the search box and you'll see all the conversations related to that user.
Filter by Channel
If you are looking for the conversations that has been happening on a specific channel, you can select the channel from the channel dropdown menu and see all the conversations filtered by that specific channel.
Filter by Date (based on latest session)
If you are looking for all the conversation that the bot had with users within a specific window of time, you can select a specific date range using the latest session date picker.

Filter by Component ID
If you are looking for all the conversation where the bot has replied in a specific way, you can filter conversations by searching for a specific component ID.

Filter by Fallback
If you are looking for all the conversations where the bot has sent a fallback, you can filter conversations by ticking the 'HAs fallback' checkmark.

Filter by User Input
If you are looking for conversations that have at least 1 user input, you can filter conversations by ticking the "Has User Input: checkmark.
