The conversation explorer allows you to see what messages has been exchanged between the user and the bot.
To access the conversation explorer go to Conversations, click on any conversation in the list and a popup will open.
You can use the conversation explorer to quickly find the part of the conversation where something went wrong.
To do so, you can filter and order sessions besed on the number of fallback messages that has been triggered in them and scroll to the part of the conversation where the bot did not understand the user: the user input as well as the fallback message will be highlighted in red.
It's best practice to add the failed inputs to an existing intent or create a new intent to make sure the bot will be able to understand the same use input in future conversations.
