You can access all support resources directly from the CMS by clicking on the question mark sign on the top right end side of the screen.
From the drop-down menu you'll be able to access.
- Help Center: here you can find all the knowledge base articles and support resources you need to get the most out of the platform.
- Docs: here you can find technical documentation on how to use our APIs and other resources for developers.
- Academy: here you can find video guided course on specific topics designed to teach you how to Design, Build and Analyze your chatbot.
- Community: here you can find our community forum where you can discuss feature requests, consult our product release log, check the status of our bug fixes and more.
- Data Protection: a direct link to all our resources on GDPR and data protection.
We have also added an easy way to report bugs and submit feature requests, click on "Report Bug" or 'Feature request" and a form will appear where you can add details and submit it so that our team can work on it immediately.
