The Zendesk Chat channel allows you to deploy your bot to Zendesk Chat by making the bot act as any other chat agent in your team.

The bot will be able to take over conversations, answer customers' requests, handover conversations to human agents and close conversations.

With the addition of the Zendesk Support integration the bot will be able to create, update and solve tickets in Zendesk Support while enabling the Zendesk Guide integration will allow the bot to use knowledge base articles to answer customer's questions.
