Action component includes any sort of action you might want the bot to perform.

These actions are divided between system actions, integration actions and channel actions.

System actions are available out of the box for every bot:

  • Proceed to flow or block
  • Send an e-mail
  • Reset entity values
  • Save last user input
  • Handover to human agent

Channels and integrations actions depend on the channels and integrations that you have enabled for a specific bot.
