BotSupply allows you to collect all the conversations you are having with your customers across all your channels and extract valuable insights from them.


The BotSupply insights integration with the chabot cms allows you to push chat conversation data top BotSupply insights.


To enable the integration, go to Integrations > BotSupply Insights > Connect.




NOTE: BotSupply Insights requires an Oracle Data Warehouse instance in order to run, before progressing in the integration process make sure to have credentials to either your own ADW instance or to the Botsupply shared instance of ADW.


To enable the integration, fill in the requested details and click connect.


The chat data for this bot will now be pushed to ADW for further analysis.
