Enabling the Freshdesk integration allows your bot to perform actions directly in Freshdesk, like creating and editing tickets.
To enable the Freshdesk integration, go to Integrations > Channels > Connect.
Stat by giving a name to your integration so that you can distinguish it from other integrations you may have configured previously.
To authenticate into Freshdesk, you will have to provide the credentials of a user in Freshdesk - either an agent or an admin.
NOTE: the integration will have the same access rights as the user credentials you use to authenticate.
Fill in the base API url and the API key and click verify connection.
You can find the API key under profile settings in your Freshdesk account.
Once the connection is verified, we will fetch all your knowledge base articles and you will be able to use them in the flow builder with the search knowledge base action.
