To integrate with Zendesk Support start by going to integrations > Zendesk Support > Connect.
Start by giving a name to your integration so that you can distinguish it from all the other integration you may have created in the past.
To connect to Zendesk Support you will need to use the credentials of either an agent or an admin. Make sure to choose a user with the correct access rights as the integrations has the same access rights as the users you use to authenticate.
Fill in the information in the required fields and click verify the connection.
One the button turns green, the connection is complete and you will be able to use all the Zendesk Support actions directly in the flow builder.
