NLP Engine analytics give you data on the volume of text-requests and the type of responses given by the Natural Language Processing (NLP) engine.
The first bar chart shows the number of messages processed by the NLP on a monthly basis. The large number (269) shows the total messages processed within the chosen period. And the following line chart shows messages processed on a weekly basis.
The last plot shows the top blocks that have been triggered by the NLP. Hence, this plot shows only the number and name of blocks triggered through text inputs from the user. The same blocks can be triggered through buttons or QR’s but will in that case not be reflected in the plot.
This plot can be used to better understand the popular paths in the chatbot when users use free text without button-based guidance.
